Nice to meet you. I’m Kylie.

I’m a Hatha, Vinyasa, and Hot Pilates teacher, a certified somatic breathwork practitioner, and a certified Results Coach through Authentic Education in Sydney, Australia. My work is grounded in a deep curiosity about the connection between breath, body, and our sense of self.

I believe that to truly feel our truth and live in alignment, we must shift from operating solely in the mind to creating congruence between mind, body, and breath. Through yoga, I’ve come to know the breath as my anchor, the body as my guide, and the mind as an observer—not the master. This awareness has allowed me to access deeper layers of presence, emotion, and energy—and to reconnect with something bigger than myself.

Yoga and somatic breathwork are powerful tools for regulating the nervous system. When we begin to work with the body instead of against it, we learn to move from survival to safety, from reaction to response. This is where healing begins—within the body, through the breath.

I offer 1:1 yoga sessions (online or in person), individual and group somatic breathwork sessions, and an 8-week integrative coaching program that brings together movement, breath, and mindset work. Whether you’re looking to feel more at home in your body, move through emotional resistance, or reconnect with your inner clarity—this space is here to support your return to wholeness.

Healing has to start from within—but it doesn’t need to happen alone. True transformation is often supported through co-regulation, in safe, attuned spaces, where we are witnessed, held, and reminded that we’re not in this by ourselves. This work offers you exactly that—a space to come as you are, and be supported as you rediscover the wisdom already within you.
